Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To begin your return, email contact@superbookstore.org and explain the reason for your return and then we will reply with return instructions. Once we receive the item in the mail, we will process your return. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. NOTE:  Items sent back to the wrong address or without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

After you send the item back we will inspect the return. Once we confirm receipt of the item and its condition, we will process your return. Please note that we cannot process your refund until the we have verified the return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and rectify it. Send a photo of the item and its packaging to contact@superbookstore.org and we will ship you a replacement item. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Items must still be in the same condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging—and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive confirmation that your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, it will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
