What is The Superbook Store?

The Superbook store is an online platform where you can purchase Superbook merchandise to engage adults and children with the Word of God through fun and meaningful products.

Is the store run by a non-profit organization?

Yes, the Superbook store is managed by the CBN Animation team. Proceeds help support the ongoing ministry work of CBN Animation’s Superbook:

  1. Provide Superbook episodes, websites, and the Bible app in more languages
  2. Support the Superbook Kids Bible App, website, and social media to expand outreach to children.
  3. Minister God’s love globally by distributing and raising awareness of Superbook's resources for families and children.

Are my purchases tax deductible?

No. The Superbook Store is a retail store and purchases are not tax deductible. But your purchases do support the ministry, and you can make donations at https://securegiving.cbn.com/cbn-animation/give

 

What types of products to you sell?

We offer a variety of Superbook-themed products – e.g., t-shirts, caps, hoodies, sweatshirts, coffee mugs, and Christmas ornaments.

Are digital products available?

No, but streaming is available on the Superbook Kids Bible App, Superbook Kids Website, and CBN Family.

Can I buy Superbook Dvds in the store?

We have a separate website for Superbook DVDs and Storybooks. Please visit https://securegiving.cbn.com/animation

What are my payment options?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club), PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email from us after you have placed the order. Once your order ships, you will receive another email containing a tracking number you can click on to track your order. 

How do I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed. 

What shipping options do you offer?

At the moment, we only offer one standard shipping option. 

How long does the delivery take?

Your order will printed in 2-3 business days and then shipped. Shipping averages 4-8 business days, but can take longer during busy holidays. 

Do you offer free shipping?

We sometimes offer free shipping as part of promotions and sales. We may also also low flat rate shipping. 

Do you ship overseas?

No. At the moment we can only ship to U.S. addresses. 

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account allows you to save payment methods and view order history. 

What should I do if I forgot my password?

Click on "forgot password" on the login page and a link will be emailed to your registered email address. 

Who can I contact if I experience issues with the website?

Please email your problem to contact@superbookstore.org. Please describe the issue in detail and provide screen grabs if appropriate. 

What is your Refund & Exchange Policy?

If an item arrives damaged, please email a photo showing the damage to contact@superbookstore.org. A new identical item will be shipped to you.

You can ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Please email contact@superbookstore.org for return instructions and state the reason for your return. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received.

We cannot process exchanges at this time. 

How do I track my Refund?

We recommend you ship your return to us using a method that has a tracking number and provide it to us once shipped. 

We will process your return once we verify receipt of the item and you will receive confirmation by email. 

How long does it take to get the Refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow us 3 business days for your refund to process. Refund amount will be automatically debited to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
